Face-to-face

I am currently able to see clients face-to-face in Olney/Bucks. I am very happy to offer Zoom/Skype sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

I provide online counselling services that are accessible no matter where you are located.

 

Online counselling offers enhanced flexibility, eliminating the need for travel to attend sessions. Engaging in counselling from the comfort of your own environment can create a reassuring sense of familiarity and comfort, contributing to a more relaxed state of mind during sessions.

However, it's crucial to remember that the choice between online and face-to-face counselling is deeply personal.
