Do you offer Skype/Zoom sessions?

Yes, I offer both Skype and Zoom sessions, as well as face to face. Please note that at this time, due to COVID-19 I am currently only working with clients on-line via Skype and Zoom. I will be able to offer face to face counselling services again as and when government guidelines dictate it is safe to do so.

What are your working hours?

My working hours are:​ Mondays - 0900 - 2000 Wednesdays - 0900 - 2000 Thursdays - 0900 - 2000 Saturdays - 0900 - 1200

Where are the counselling rooms?

I work from home in NW7 where all sessions are currently taking place, however whilst coronavirus restrictions are in place the majority of my appointments are via Skype/Zoom. I will be able to offer face to face counselling services again as and when government guidelines dictate it is safe to do so.

What are your fees?

20 Minute Telephone Assessment - Free Initial Assessment Session (1 hour) - £60 Standard Counselling Session (50 mins) - £60 *Block of 6 Sessions - £330 (equivalent of £55 per session) Couples Counselling Session (1 hour) - £75 *Six sessions - rate must be purchased in advance Concessions available: £35 per session for students and unemployed. Concession slots day time only.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show will be charged the full session rate. I am however aware that unforseen circumstances may result in cancelling at short notice, and where possible I will always try to accomodate a new appointment within the same week.

What is your confidentiality policy?

Confidentiality is a very important aspect of the counselling relationship. Everything that is discussed in the counselling session is kept in the strictest of confidence. In our initial assessment, I will talk you through the details within the contract and will ask you to sign it as confirmation that you have read and agree with the content. To maintain a rigorous, professional practice, and as required by the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (BACP), brief factual notes will be made after each session, anonymised, and securely stored, so that you would not be identified by these notes.

Do you accept insurance?

Whilst I am a Registered Counsellor and working towards accreditation, I am not yet working with insurance companies.

What counselling qualifications do you have?

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling (BACP Accredited Course). I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

How can I book an appointment with you?

You can book a free initial 20-minute telephone consulation by clicking here. The next step is an initial one hour assessment (£60), after which, sessions will be 50 minutes in length. You can also book this via the link above. This will provide an opportunity to assess how we might best work together. I want you to have your own unique journey of self-discovery. Please note, any same day bookings will not be confirmed until you have received confirmation directly from me, either by phone or email.
