How can I book an appointment with you?

You can book a free 20-minute telephone consultation by clicking here.

Following that, the next step is a one-hour initial assessment (£70.00, available online or in person). Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes each. You can also book through the 'Online Booking' link above.

Please note: Same-day appointments cannot be confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from me.

Monday - 10:00 - 1900

Wednesdays - 10:00 - 1900

Can I use my health insurance to pay for therapy?

Yes. I am a BACP-accredited counsellor / psychotherapist registered with Bupa, AXA, and Aviva.   Further details can be provided upon request.

If you'd like to use your private medical insurance to cover your sessions, please contact your provider directly for authorisation. If your policy includes an excess, they will let you know the amount, and we’ll agree on a payment schedule when we begin working together.

What counselling qualifications do you have?

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling (BACP Accredited Course). 

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). 

I am an Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I currently work with Aviva, Axa and Bupa.

My BACP membership number is 00799280.
