Thank you for visiting SK Counselling. You have taken the first step towards  creating a happier and more fulfilled life for yourself. 


I will accompany you on an exploration of self-discovery, and whilst you might initially find this challenging, I will support you in finding healthier ways of bringing peace to your life. It is a process but you don’t have to go at it alone.


Whilst you are likely to experience laughter and sorrow along the way, the richness of this experience will connect you to your inner-self, perhaps for the first time.


I am deeply committed to guiding you on this journey towards a brighter path. 


I offer face-to-face and online counselling services to help you overcome challenges and I will accompany you throughout this journey.


My non-directive counselling style encourages open conversation without barriers. Together, we will focus on your emotional growth and work through any obstacles you encounter.


My goal is to provide you with an individual experience, where perhaps for the first time you feel heard and understood in a safe space, free from judgement.


I offer unwavering support whilst navigating the issues that have led you to counselling. By sharing your story and acknowledging your repressed emotions, we can foster emotional growth and enhance your wellbeing.

I believe in the uniqueness of each individual's experience, recognising that there is no "one size fits all" approach. Together, we will tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs.


We will work collaboratively to uncover the root causes of your challenges and develop effective strategies to overcome them.

Our work together will be totally confidential, details of which I will discuss in our initial assessment. ​


You can book a free 20 minute consultation which can be held over Zoom or on the phone.


This is an opportunity for me to understand what has brought you to counselling and how I can support you. You will also be able to ask me any questions you have and I will share my way of working.


The next step is a 1 hour initial session, after which, sessions will be 50 minutes in length.

You can then decide whether my model of working is right for you.
