Welcome to Sandra Kutner Counselling
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally stuck?
Has a significant, life changing event tipped the scales too far, leaving you feeling stressed and uncertain?
Your emotional health is as important as your physical wellbeing. By making this enquiry you have taken a positive step in searching for support to focus on your needs!
Counselling falls under the umbrella term ‘talking therapies’ and allows people to discuss their problems and any difficult feelings they encounter in a safe, confidential environment.
The term can mean different things to different people, but, in general, it is a process people seek when they want to change something in their lives, or simply explore their thoughts and feelings in more depth.
Counselling can help people explore the way they are feeling and is a useful tool in helping those who are experiencing a problem they want to resolve.
Many common areas that counselling can help address include:
Addictions, Bereavement, Bullying, Illness, Mental Health Issues, Relationships and Trauma.
Counselling can help by allowing someone the safe space to understand themselves better and in turn, gain a clearer understanding of their problems.
I offer 'Face to Face' counselling, meaning I meet with all my clients in person.
After an initial consultation I will be able to advise the client on the best way forward.
Sessions are booked in 50 minute slots. My consulting rooms are in Millway Medical Practice NW7 and I have alternative rooms in NW7 if this suits you better.
The objectives of our sessions will be to forge a beneficial, strong and collaborative relationship and to reach an understanding of the underlying reasons for your feelings, enabling you to make the right choices for you.
