Low self-esteem can be exhausting. You may constantly think about your impact on others, comparing yourself, just not feeling good enough.
Although we will initially work in the here and now, we may also revisit your past. The aim is to understand how previous emotional experiences have left you with a lack of confidence and low self-belief. These feelings can deny you the happiness and contentment that you deserve in your life.
By working with a range of approaches, including attachment theory, we will look at the ‘life scripts’ that you may have adopted back in childhood that are perhaps holding you back and preventing your emotional growth.
I will show you how to become compassionate and kind towards yourself. This will allow you to be more resilient and aware of your own needs.
